Our client is looking to recruit a part time Content Administrator to be based at their office in Earby.
Job Role:
To set up and continually maintain product details on STEP (production system) and any other relevant software (within brand rules and set time frames) ensuring STEP is accurate and up to date at all times. To provide sufficient support to the Content Management Team Leader enabling the production of brochures to scheduled deadlines with a minimum error rate.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to proof read French language.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load new properties onto the STEP system
• Proof new properties to ensure accuracy before mailing or emailing documents
• Contacting property owners for missing or inaccurate data, outstanding images and payment information
• Action amendments to property descriptions on STEP daily
• Mail amended proofs to owners for approval
• Checking that all properties are in the brochure and in the correct areas
• Check and approve all brochure pages against original documentation to ensure print deadline is met with a minimum error rate
• Proof read amendments made to internet data
• Log documents on STEP daily
• Amend and proof read documents before final proofs are sent for approval
• Provide on the job training for new recruits and temporary staff
• Provide administrative support to the Content Management Team Leader
• Organise and execute individual brochure productions and ad-hoc projects

Skills Required:
