Internal Sales, 1287
North Sheffield £16000 to £20000 (starting salary will be dependant on experience)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients internal sales team in Chapeltown.
Your role will be to produce quotations from customer enquiries, develop relationships with customers, the external sales team and engineers and convert incoming enquiries to orders to ensure a growth of at least 15% every year whilst maintaining strong margins.
Specific duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with clients
- Quoting from incoming engineer sheets and telephone enquiries
- Following optimum sales processes and striving to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Measuring own performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Following daily structures to maximise quotes out and jobs won
- Pro-actively seeking new opportunities in repair, service and new sales; selling agreements at every opportunity
- Competing and challenging others to improve
- Providing management with solutions and ideas and actively thinking about how to improve best working practices
Person Specification
This role will suit someone with drive and enthusiasm; you will be commercially focused with the ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
Other attributes must include a customer focused approach, positivity and the ability to solve problems
