An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading online retailers to lead its PPC online marketing activity across the Group's increasing range of websites.
The Role
The PPC Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for optimising traffic to the website from PPC activity, including Google adwords, campaign marketing, Yahoo or MSN.
The Executive will also manage the PPC budget with a view to optimizing the related ROI. Further, the Executive will provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the rest of the business based on business objectives.
Job Content:
- Initiatives will be geared around increasing website traffic by devising online PPC marketing plans
- Developing the strategy and execution of online campaigns against specific objectives
- Running PPC campaigns either in-house using google, Yahoo, MSN or working with an agency
- Day-to-day management of PPC campaigns including reporting, benchmarking, forecasting and supplier management
- Providing competitor analysis and identifying new PPC traffic-driving opportunities
- Analysing and coordinate user data to explore opportunities for growth and marketing
- Driving the creation of landing pages for optimization of adword campaigns
- Critically assessing the content of the site and advising on improvements
- Working with the SEO team to optimize the ROI on combined marketing activity
- Representing the business in front of external media agencies
