We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to handle the operation of purchase ledger and sales ledger. You will also be responsible for online banking transactions as well as processing expenses claims. Your main responsibilities as the Finance Administrator will involve:
Operation of purchase ledger and sales ledger .
Responsibility for purchase ledgers, including liaising with suppliers.
Processing reimbursed staff expenses for employees.
Bank reconciliations.
Responsibility for petty cash, receipt and record keeping and transactional processing.
Operation of online banking to process supplier payments.
Any other ad-hoc duties to assist the Purchase Ledger Manager and the Finance team as a function.


Your skills and qualifications as the Finance Administrator will ideally include:

Previous purchase ledger experience essential
Previous experience of bank reconciliations is an advantage
Team player
Self motivated, able to act under own initiative
Hard working and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Familiarity with Accounting Software is an advantage
