S H N Joinery Ltd, due to continued expansion is currently looking to recruit a Permanent Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
Role
The role will involve the preparation and submission of monthly valuation & variation submissions to our clients relating to new build joinery contracts.
Liase with site teams on measures & specifications.
Report to senior management team regards contract.
Qualities
Suitable Applicants will possess:-
HND / HNC Equivalent
Previous experience essential
Joinery project experience (trade or as a quantity surveyor)
Confidence & self -Motivation
Good commercial awareness
Good communication & teamwork skills
Computer literate – Microsoft Word & Exel proficient
