As the world’s leading manufacturer and provider of Telecare and Telehealth solutions, our client’s healthcare solutions play a pivotal role in supporting older people and those with long-term needs to live independently, by effectively managing their health and well-being.
As part of the Telecare Department, the Customer Training Team plays a vital role in providing professional structured training to the whole of our customer base.
You will be delivering training programmes on the Company’s products and solutions at Whitley Lodge and at the customer’s premises across the UK, to people from a varied range of organisations. Not only will you be delivering training; you will be involved in the full training cycle from needs’ analysis through to evaluation. A significant part of your role will also be the proactive generation of new business and the expansion of existing business opportunities.
You will be an excellent communicator, with good presentation skills. Your interpersonal skills of diplomacy, encouragement and patience are coupled with the ability to be able to communicate at all levels. Possessing good IT skills, you will be capable of adapting existing training programmes for specific customer needs. Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you possess a full driving licence, and are able to stay away from home when required.
Ideally, you will have previous training experience and possession of relevant a training qualification. Associate membership of the CIPD will also be advantageous.
