An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join this dynamic surveying team and become involved in an attractive portfolio of projects and clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a variety of project work in the housing and education sector and a selection of other buildings.
As a qualified Building Surveyor, you will have experience working on educational and public sector projects.
Working well in a team you will have excellent communication skills, showing an enthusiastic approach to your work. This will demonstrate your desire to further develop your career and progress within a successful and rewarding company.
An excellent understanding of current UK Building Regulations and a familiarity with AutoCAD is essential.
