Managing your own portfolio in Yorkshire, you will be responsible for block management and property maintenance whilst encouraging and leading junior surveying staff.
An experienced Building Surveyor you will have a successful history in managing various properties in commercial, residential, retail and industrial disciplines.
Either Chartered or working towards you will be an excellent communicator who is willing to pass on your knowledge and experience to less experienced members of staff.
A good understanding of current UK Building Regulations is essential.
