Invigorate Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced assistant General Manager to work within a large company to maximise sales and profit targets across the operation
Duties will include
Plan and implement site overall strategy
Train, Observe and feedback on service levels across the operation
Continuously review site performance
Seek opportunities to develop the attractions as a core element of site strategy
Liaise with other companies to develop business relationship and build up sales
Liaise with marketing companies to ensure effective marketing
Ensure operating profit is maximised
Responsible for the induction of new team members and quarterly reviews
We are looking for someone who has had previous experience as an assistant General Manager for a large retail store.
