We are looking to recruit an experienced HR advisor to work on an interim basis.
Knowledge and Experience Required
·Good knowledge of HR best practice in a highly commercial and fast paced environment. Good practical knowledge of change management, employee relations, employment law, pay and benefits, performance management, recruitment, HR policies and practice, training and HR IT systems
·Good awareness of HR’s contribution to the business and the ability to be flexible in giving HR advice tailored appropriately to the commercial situation in hand
·A minimum of 3 years experience in an equally challenging HR role where it has been a requirement to demonstrate good practical HR skills and sound legal advice in all functional areas
