Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor - The role includes the preparation of bills and schedules for material and labour quantities. Other duties involve preparing and valuing the progress and final payments relating to agreed contracts, producing specifications when required and acting as an arbitrator in cases of engineering or building disputes. You are also required to advise on cost and value management.
