Our client has the number one market share position in the industry and their tools are universally recognized by professionals as the absolute highest quality tools in the industry. Their franchisees are in the enviable position of selling exclusive, premium products to their customers.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, goal orientated Sales Branch Manager to drive performance of the franchise network within the North East. Based at the Wetherby office, you will work to maximise sales and the overall growth potential of the business and to deliver sales performance based on pre-agreed budgets.
Highly numerate and analytical, you will utilise your extensive front line sales experience to deliver a £15 million sales target. You will maintain customer satisfaction levels by regularly reviewing, improving and managing business processes, increasing efficiency and minimising waste.
A born leader and confident communicator, you will motivate and develop a team of 6 field sales managers and 80 franchisees, maintaining solid professional relationships to ensure efficient business processes and clear communication of the company’s objective.
The successful candidate will ideally possess experience of working within a franchise organisation. With the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, you will be target driven and have ideally previously worked within a US based organisation. Although experience within the tools industry would be advantageous it is not a necessity.
They are looking for a decisive, ‘hands on’ manager who is able to coach, motivate and delegate when required and always keep customer focused.
