To help them achieve this, they have created an exciting and unique opportunity by introducing a completely new role to the business. They are looking for proactive and passionate individuals to work with them as Senior Wellbeing Advisors. Reporting to the General Manager, you will promote and be a role model for health and wellbeing, and will train and support the fitness teams to deliver excellent service levels. You will also give support and guidance to the sales and management teams on site, as required. Being part of the operations team, you will be required to work shifts, including occasional weekends.
Able to motivate and influence, this role is essential in ensuring the ‘member journey’ experience is communicated, facilitated and delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will personally complete or oversee the evaluation and governance of the following processes: • Delivery of a range of health assessments to new and existing members • Facilitation of the formulation of client health improvement plans • Delivery of a range of programmes to clients as they improve their health • Training and coaching of club teams to develop their professional standards and reach their full potential With a growing number of successful clubs, they’re bound to have a site near you. They are currently recruiting at the following clubs: Cottingley, Guiseley, Harrogate, Doncaster, Hull and Barrow in Furness.
Our client is looking for motivated and passionate individuals qualified to level 3 REPs and with demonstrable experience in the application of wellbeing and fitness interventions gained within the Health and Fitness Industry or a health related environment. You will have inspiring communication skills and a supportive, empathetic personality. Although not essential, ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent in health related sciences (such as a sports science). Training in first aid and CPR coupled with a trainer and assessor qualification would be advantageous. You will also need to demonstrate a proven record of continuous professional development – a self starter in style.
