QUANTITY SURVEYOR: Based Leeds: Salary up to 42,000 Plus Excellent Package.
Due to growth of the business and team I am recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for Civil and Build projects in the Yorkshire Region.
This is an excllent opprotunity and am currently searching for candidates with:
At least four years postgraduate experience
With knowledge of the commercial management of projects from feasibility, through design and construction.
Experience should include estimating, cost planning, procurement, contract documentation, cost and risk management and be either in the building or civil engineering sectors of the industry.
