We are recruiting for PART TIME Customer Relations Executives to be based within a busy retention’s department. This role involves speaking to existing customers who wish to disconnect their services, reinforcing the value of the products and advising the customer on the best package available to fill their needs.
The suitable candidate will be able to deliver excellent customer service, build lasting relationships and have a strong target driven background. Experience within telecommunications is not essential, as full training will be given.
16 - 20 hours, flexible shifts available between Monday to Friday 4pm and 8pm and Saturday's between 9am and 5.30pm.
