An exciting opportunity has arisen at offices in Leeds for a position in Management Support.
Key within this role is to support the Project Managers and Resource Manager in day to day administration tasks by answering the reception phone, taking enquiries and messages and managing the in-house timesheet system, checking and inputting all office and site timesheets.
You will be responsible for inputting weekly office revenue into financial spreadsheets and invoicing all completed jobs along with maintaining the sales database from the project register of won and lost jobs. You will project set up all new enquiries and update the mileage and expense reports for site staff and all other administrative duties as required including filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving.
Our client is looking for candidates with demonstrable administrative experience coupled with strong organisational skills. You must have strong IT skills, particularly in MS office programmes, and have good inter personal skills. Self motivated, you must be able to prioritise your own workload and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
