We are currently looking to recruit experienced customer service advisers to work for a well established marketing organisation.
Duties to include:
• Answering of Inbound calls
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Organising test drives
• Sending out of corporate brochures
• Making outbound calls to warm leads
• Continual update of company database
• General administrative duties
This role requires someone with previous customer service/sales experience and will be on a temporary to permanent basis with full training offered.
Experience of the automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Salary: £14k pa plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 5.30pm with occasional weekends.
