We seek an operational Shift Manager who is highly motivated, ambitious, target and customer orientated with a track record of people management. A natural leader and motivator of people you will ideally have similar experience in either a fast paced manufacturing or process environment. The challenge facing this individual will be to harness the talents of the team in generating improvements in this sophisticated and fast moving process facility. The focus is to manage the warehouse operations ensuring excellent customer service, performance levels and KPI’s are achieved within defined financial and operational objectives. As part of the senior management team, you will also contribute to branch planning and lead improvement initiatives.
